Here is my last work, my baby. The cast bar's texture is an old gloss of pHishr. Mana bar is integrated in the outline of the unitframe so as the cast bar, wich is integrated in the texture surrounding action bars.

Install:

Unzip the .rar to a new folder.
Open my wtf folder and change the folder names to your specific ones (LOGIN, Server, Pseudo).
Go into your normal World of Warcraft directory. Backup there your interface and wtf folder. Then delete your interface and wtf folder.
Copy my folders wtf, interface and fonts to your world of warcraft directory.
